Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Helix CI Test Source code has organically grown a lot, with lot of boilerplate code that can be simplified and organized in way to enhance readability and performance.

Describe the solution you'd like We will create better object structures that supports parallelism and code reuse so that we can bring down the test execution runtime from 1.5+hrs to under an hour.
