We implemented some awesome features in #2243, #2250 and #2256, maybe we should add document for those features in https://github.com/apache/fory/blob/main/docs/guide/row_format_guide.md, so it can be found in https://fory.apache.org/docs/docs/guide/row_format_guide finally

Has anyone claimed this issue? And, do I have to wait for the previous PR to be merged before developing issue #2287 ?
