Create a plugin that runs Accumulo with Kerberos

It would be nice to have a plugin that automates setting up Accumulo with Kerberos enabled. This would be nice to have before the 2.0 release to test that Kerberos still works given all of the client API changes. The plugin should also set up accumulo-client.properties.
