What is the purpose of the change

This pull request updates the project documentation to provide clearer instructions for running end-to-end tests, including important prerequisites and recommendations for contributors.

Brief change log

Improved the “Running Tests” section in the README to clarify the need to build the project with mvn clean install before running E2E tests.
