[FLINK-27718][hive] Fix fail to count mutiple fields excpetion in Hive dialect

What is the purpose of the change

To fix fail to count mutiple fields excpetion in Hive dialect

Brief change log

• Remove the count from the backlist of HiveModule , so that it'll use Hive's count function instead of Flink's count when HiveModule is loaded
• Do some adaption for Hive's count function

Verifying this change

Added UT in ...connector-hive/src/test/java/org/apache/flink/connectors/hive/HiveDialectQueryITCase.java#testCount
