oracle cdc TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE

Describe the bug(Please use English) A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Environment :

  • Flink version : 14.5
  • Flink CDC version: 2.2.1
  • Database and version: oracle 11g

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. The test data :2014-01-07 01:27:48.2640000 +08:00
  2. The test code :
  3. The error :不支持 TIMESTAMP [(p)] WITH TIME ZONE类型

Additional Description If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem. 2014-01-07 01:27:48.2640000 +08:00 此数据无法接收，使用timestamp 和TIMESTAMP_LTZ都不行 image
