adding the option to set the cookie httpOnly of Jetty, please validate this change for future release

@tyge68 thanks for your patch - it was used as a basis for FELIX-5099 if I'm not mistaken.

Now that FELIX-5099 has been fixed, this issue can also be closed. Please close it if satisfied.
