Aah, beeswarm plots, a direct challenge to our R library echarty ! It is doable - ECharts Demo with R-code inside.

image Beeswarm charts just jitter similar(overlapped) Y-values so that they become all visible. Language R has functions and libraries to do that. Javascript may have similar solutions.

oops, ECharts editor ate my comments... Fixed, now ECharts Demo above has the R-code. As I said, Javascript may have similar solutions. Here is one with d3.beeswarm.

An interesting thing is that I was just implementing jittering effect for scatter series #19941 but I have no idea how to make scatters avoid being overlapped. I shall probably see how d3.beeswarm can inspire me.
