Current Behavior

The zoom behavior of two fingers on Android devices becomes extremely sensitive even without moving distance

Expected Behavior

The zoom behavior can follow the finger movement smoothly

Environment

- OS: Android 8.0
- Browser: Chrome 115.0.5790.110
- Framework: static web

Would anybody support my PR #21068 to bring this fix live?

Please prioritize this issue, it really is overly sensitive when zooming/pinching 🙏 It seems like the PR has a simple fix for it.
