[Feature] Open the discussions channel

What problem does this feature solve?

The discussions channel is a really good place to be able to ask and answer questions. While stack overflow can still work, having the discussions feature open will allow to keep track of all asked questions, and make it easier for everyone to find the answers they need. Everything will be contained in this repository.
