Relates apache/echarts#20910 Add docs for new `stackPercent` option for line and bar series
It seems that all assets on V4 document (https://echarts.apache.org/v4) are hosting on `jsDelivr`, and the latest CSP configuration for V5 exclude `jsdelivr` from the list, broke the whole document.
