我们的项目准备使用dubbo3.0+consul，在进行metadata-report配置时发现不支持token的配置，我看了一下源代码，好象也没有使用token的地方。因为不使用consul的acl在生产环境怕有安全问题，请问应该怎么配置token呢？

我们使用的是docker来对开发的服务进行注册，使用DUBBO_IP_TO_REGISTRY可以正确解决容器在另一个主机上访问的ip地址问题，但是在这个宿主机上还部署了另一外的容器，也需要对开发的服务进行访问，我们已经创建了一个docker的网络，他们同时加入了同一个网络，现在希望在另一个宿主的服务消费者使用DUBBO_IP_TO_REGISTRY指定的ip,而同一宿主机的消费者使用，docker网内的主机名，请问有办法实现吗？
