support jackson custom module

What is the purpose of the change?

#14377 Although this issue has been closed, it has not actually been resolved, and Jackson still does not support custom modules at this time. I need to use jackson in the process of generating OpenAPI, and I need to use some modules to serialize OpenAPI classes into json.
