Telnet invoke api failed：Invalid parameters, format: service.method(args)

Environment

• Dubbo version: 3.0.6
• Operating System version: MacOS 10.15.7
• Java version: 1.8.0_231

Steps to reproduce this issue

1. telnet命令含有空格会做分割

2. 如果是Date类型，Dubbo定义了转换格式为yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm:ss，所以目前试了用转义字符替代空格的方法，但都不行。

3. Dubbo2.7.4.1版本使用相同的invoke命令可以正常调用
