The Downloads menu link does not lead to a downloads page: https://dubbo.apache.org/en/downloads/

The English releases menu item leads to a page in Chinese: https://dubbo.apache.org/zh/docs/

The menu items on the English and Chinese pages are different. For example, the Chinese page does not appear to have a downloads link at all
