dubbogo 3.0.5; zookeeper Metadata Center and zookeeper Registration Center；
After applying application-level configuration, the program fails to re-register immediately after restarting. I noticed that the values on ZooKeeper are still present when the program is shut down, but they disappear after about a minute, which is why re-registration is only possible after that. However, if the program has a process guard, it will never be able to register again.
But the interface-level service found that why there is no such problem. 但是接口级服务发现，为什么没有出现这种问题呢。
