服务列表中所有服务接口都会显示一个dubbo-admin应用的一个相同的接口

Environment

• Dubbo Admin version: 0.5.0-SNAPSHOT develop分支
• Registry center detail (type and version): nacos 2.2 dubbo3.1
• Operating System version: mac osx 13.2.1
• Java version: 1.8

Steps to reproduce this issue

1. 服务提供者正常启动，没有进行过重启
2. dubbo-admin上面的服务列表，每个service接口都会显示一个额外的应用名是dubbo-admin的同样的接口。

额外想问一下：如何去掉这个MockService的服务接口？ Pls. provide [GitHub address] to reproduce this issue.
