Proposed changes

  1. this pr is used to fix the wrong result when import array element with double quotes.

  2. before the change, we use stream load will get a wrong result. the example data as below: 1000 ["2024-09-01", "2016-06-04", "1976-07-24", "2059-01-14", "1990-01-28", "2035-07-18", "2020-01-11", "2006-03-28"] the load result: MySQL [example_db]> select * from array_test; +------+--------------------------------------------------------+ | k1 | k2 | +------+--------------------------------------------------------+ | 1000 | [2024-09-01, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL] | +------+--------------------------------------------------------+

  3. after the change, we can get the right result: MySQL [example_db]> select * from array_test; +------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | k1 | k2 | +------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | 1000 | [2024-09-01, 2016-06-04, 1976-07-24, 2059-01-14, 1990-01-28, 2035-07-18, 2020-01-11, 2006-03-28] | +------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
