[Bug] the workflow instance list,failed tasks cannot be clicked on

What happened

When the task status is stopped, the click button on the right cannot be clicked on the workflow instance list.

What you expected to happen

Interface front-end processing error for obtaining status

How to reproduce

Create multiple shell scripts, make some scripts fail, and then click the stop button on the workflow instance. When the status is stopped, all buttons cannot be clicked
