是的，指个人通知。如果只有一两个负责数据开发，群通知比较合适。如果使用人多了，且是不同部门，建群通知就不太合适，发送到到个人更合适。

是的，指个人通知。如果只有一两个负责数据开发，群通知比较合适。如果使用人多了，且是不同部门，建群通知就不太合适，发送到到个人更合适。

目前钉钉的个人通知使用的批量发送用户信息（即可以同时发送给多个用户），飞书支持批量发送用户消息（异步接口）或者单一发送用户消息（同步接口）。飞书这边使用哪种比较好一些呢？
