[Bug] [script] Errors when starting 2 times with dolphinscheduler-daemon.sh

What happened

If the user starts DS twice (or more) using dolphinscheduler-daemon.sh, the pid file will be overwritten, making it impossible to stop the initially started DS cluster.

What you expected to happen

The script restricts the user to start only 1 time

How to reproduce

bin/start-all.sh twice
