[impv] [dependent] dependent should not dependent on same process

What happened

currently can dependent on the same process' task, it will confuse user for task-dependent support both edge or dependent, also it will fail our dependent test in #10873

What you expected to happen

we should add incompatible changes for dependent task type, make it can not dependent self process definition
