Quickstart is out of date with regard to available binaries

The quickstart refers to a "all" binary package, which doesn't exist for 0.5.0, (there's only proxy-server and benchmark). The proxy server binary covers a lot of the quickstart cases, but there doesn't seem to be a tutorial binary available anywhere.
