Reuse sqllogictest for ballista testing

We need to identify gaps between ballista and datafusion and address them, it would be great if we could reuse sqllogictest to find the gaps.

• find the best way to re-use sqllogictest in ballista
• find the datafusion sqllogictest tests we could re-use in ballista

Describe alternatives you've considered

we could continue with current integration testing, in which case we should put more effort into organizing them (they need a bit of improvements in short therm anyway)
