[CURATOR-639] Session Expired Race Condition

It appears that the fix in CURATOR-561 doesn't fully resolve the issue the NiFi project was seeing. Instead of the error message seen in that issue you get a session expired message instead but the behavior is the same. Curator never reconnects to Zookeeper.
