RAT-508: too much output on level INFO during maven runs
This is a partial fix for RAT-508.
It addresses the issues of too much INFO in the maven output.
It does not address the report issues.
Personally I have to admit that this "excessive" console output helped me during the migration to see my mistakes/missing points in my individual plugin config. I assume some more tests need to be adapted as a lot less stuff is printed in the console now.
@Claudenw Not sure if it were helpful to only issue reporting parts that contain non-zero values?!

@ottlinger , in cloudstack side projects (cloudstack-cloudmonkey, cloudstack-go, cloudstack-terraform-provider, …) we check for the string '^\sUnapproved:\s0\s*A count of unapproved licenses.$’. I hope it will keep getting reported ;)
The data will continue to be reported. Where you look may have to change.
The output to console will no longer occure under Maven. However there is the ability to either parse the xml report with much more data available, or generate the text output to a file that will have the info you are looking for.

Would it be possible to have maven plugin option like <verbose>true</verbose> to keep extensive output?
I found it useful :)
@Claudenw there already is <consoleOutput>true</consoleOutput> available. Would it make sense to connect it with the logger configuration used while parsing excludes?
(is that what you had in mind @solomax ?)
Consoleoutput option is only in maven. There is a ticket to bring if to core but i am not certain what that really means

Hello @ottlinger, My idea was to have an option to be able to see detailed output It might be very useful while development and maven-plugin configuration :)
