Summary of settings / functionality of CouchDB which will be removed in 4.x

• [ ] Remove Erlang MD5 config setting in configure-step
• [ ] Remove decoding hash algorithm support (cookie, proxy auth) for sha1
• [ ] Add markers in the source for marking things as deprecated/remove at version.
