[Feature] - Post Install Job Fails because CouchDB is not ready

Is your feature request related to a problem When running helm install the post-install job is failing due to the fact that CouchDB pods are not ready yet.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow to change the default backoffLimit by adding a value autoSetup.backoffLimit.
