Translation in other languages configurable in setting.sjon
Expected Behavior
The language should be configurable
Current Behavior
With this change, the system can be used in several languages, for example, English, Spanish, etc.
Possible Solution
Configure with a variable es_ES in setting.json to detect which language you want to load when compiling.

Context
Only to read in English and so that it is used by more people with little use of the English language.

@jnatera A Pull Request would be good, but I want the Fauxton team to respond, especially e.g. @garrensmith or @Antonio-Maranhao .
Unfortunately we don't have very good multi-language support. I like the work you did in the commit referenced in this PR but to get this to work well is a mountain of work and I don't think we have a big enough team to support this. But if there is enough demand or we get a enough people interested in helping we can definitely consider this.
I will do it, I will make the changes to handle languages, starting with Spanish then when you need other languages it is only added in the .json configuration. With the first changes I made, it can be improved. Then I will make other changes in the visual part to make it a little more friendly. I hope to help a lot in this project.
