Bad syntax in DOAP for category entries

The DOAP category entry has the following syntax:

<category rdf:resource="http://projects.apache.org/category/<category>"/>

The Cordova DOAP at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova/site/public/infra/doap_Cordova.rdf needs fixing
