Can you try updating to latest version of the plugin and if the problem still persists provide a sample app where the issue can be reproduced?

I experienced the same "problem" ... my issue was, that I didn't provided a NSMicrophoneUsageDescription.

The documentation mentions this for the capture.captureImage part, but it is needed for Audio and Video.
