When using getPicture with source Camera.PictureSourceType.PHOTOLIBRARY on browser platform, a file upload input field is inserted into the DOM. This change hides the input field and triggers the file upload window when getPicture() is called, making the process super smooth and seamless

This still appears to be a problem as of v.2.4.1.
