https://github.com/apache/cordova-labs/tree/cordova-filetransfer currently contains a test server for the tests of https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-file-transfer. Wouldn't it make sense to move the project over to the plugin repository, e.g. in a sub folder `test-server`?
... for Windows support. (I have no idea about iconv or iconv-lite... did I get this right?)
