CONFIGURATION-776: Upgrade to BeanUtils2

Upgrade to BeanUtils2.

Because this is an optional dependency i wasn't sure if this needs to be in Commons Configuration3 but it doesn't seem like it since its Optional

No. Notice that the builds fail. This will have to wait for a major version bump to avoid breaking binary compatibility.

You can try to apply the PR locally and run mvn (by itself) to see the failures since GH CI doesn't keep build logs forever.
