Linstor: add support for ISO block devices and direct download
Description
This PR add KVM support for BLOCK driver ISO/CDROM devices and add support for Linstor to it. It is usually only used with the "direct download" option on ISO templates.

@rp- a [SL] Jenkins job has been kicked to build packages. It will be bundled with KVM, XenServer and VMware SystemVM templates. I'll keep you posted as I make progress.
