[UI] Remove irrelevant conversion options shown in KVM Import dialog

KVM Import dialog shows irrelevant conversion options, to select KVM host and Storage temporary location (which are applicable for VMware Import), these should be removed.

SUMMARY

KVM Import dialog shows irrelevant conversion options below, these are not applicable for KVM, & should be removed.

  • (Optional) Select a KVM host in the cluster to perform the instance conversion through virt-v2v
  • (Optional) Select a Storage temporary destination for the converted disks through virt-v2v
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  • Try KVM Import, after opening VMware Import dialog.
