Update kvm.rst - iptables before rule

On Ubuntu 24.04 LTS I found the described issue with the forwarding traffic back and forth from guests system VMs and the physical interfaces attached to the bridges.

There is a bit of inconsistency in the MySQL configurations (e.g., server-id and server_id) on different pages of the Docs. I hope these cosmetic details will increase clarity for the readers.
