KVM volume migration changes

Updated the document regarding the support of volume migrations in case of KVM

Brief changes that are done in the PR

  • Volume migrations are allowed for stopped VMs and detached Volumes
  • For running VMs, it has to be done using migrateVirtualMachineWithVolumes operation.
