Update remote service admin shared mem to use DFI instead of endpoint/proxies bundles

Currently the RSA shared mem is disabled, because support for proxy/endpoint bundles is dropped.

There is still advantages to have shared mem based remote services, so this implementation should be updated to use the DFI library. See remote service admin dfi as example.
