Android Support

We used to support Android. But last time I tried Android build, it failed. To have proper Android support, we need to:

  1. Make Celix compile under Android.
  2. Make tests pass under emulator.
  3. Have usable JAVA binding.
  4. Have efficient RSA and Service Discovery, probably based on Binder.
