Remove `CamelMainApplication` for command mode applications

Leftover from the 'main always enabled' change, we should remove CamelMainApplication since it no longer makes any sense:

Is it "just" the CamelMainApplication class which needs to be removed or all the org.apachec;amel.quarkus.main.* classes?

I think just removal of CamelMainApplication. I forget when I looked at this a long time ago whether there are issues doing this.

IIRC something was not working properly afterwards. It may have been running command mode applications via IDEs. Hence I avoided CamelMainApplication removal.
