Camel quarkus artemis to elasticsearch

This will need rebasing. The project version and the quarkus-platform version properties will need updating to 3.10.0.

@LostArtist - FYI, I just updated main for the Camel Quarkus 3.11.0 release. So you'll need to rebase and update your project version & quarkus.platform.version property to 3.11.0.

Sorry it's taken so long for me to come back and review. Overall it looks good to me.

I plan to tweak it slightly for when CQ 3.13.0 is out next week. I'll get it merged over to the main branch as part of the post release tasks.

I merged this to main with some minor mods.
