Design a Kamelet to create embeddings with Camel Langchain4j Embedding component, relying on HugginFace Embedding Model

For this one, we need to add a Java been in the Camel core project that can help build this Embedding Model

If this is going to be released in 4.10, I guess it's already time to work on it. I'll point to 4.10.0-SNAPSHOT.
