Issues with "Sourceless" Integration in Apache Camel K 2.6

What happened?

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with the new "sourceless" integration feature when upgrading from Camel K operator version 2.3 to 2.6. I followed the example from the Camel blog post on "Camel K runtimes with Knative"https://camel.apache.org/blog/2024/04/sourceless-ck-springboot/ , which worked perfectly on 2.3. However, after the upgrade to 2.5, the integration no longer creates the expected services or Knative services.

Has anyone encountered similar behavior, or could you provide some insights into potential changes or configuration adjustments required for version 2.6? Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
