Refactor build-bundle-image.sh to use kustomize profiles

What happened?

this part https://github.com/apache/camel-k/blob/80a8778e6d39c06752f37e76f3976e8b7abdc2dd/.github/actions/kamel-build-bundle/build-bundle-image.sh#L98-L100 could potentially benefit from using a dedicated kustomize profile instead of an ad hoc patch add, that would simplify the maintenance moving most of the logic outside the github action.
