Kustomize default

If a user wants to use kustomize we do not offer a default installation procedure. It would be nice to have a basic procedure and have something like kubectl apply -k github:apache/camel-k/... as a kind of quick start procedure.

This really should not be staled and closed, if we want to have less cli usage we need more documentation.
