Removes validator that should not have been added for astream_iterate

This was added erroneously

[!IMPORTANT] Remove erroneous validation call from astream_iterate() in application.py.

  • Behavior:
    • Remove self.validate_correct_async_use() call from astream_iterate() in application.py. This validation was erroneously added and is not needed for the function's operation.
