Expose current action through action context

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We expose sequence ID, application ID, etc... Current action would be nice.

application_context.get().action -- either the full Action object or the string representing the name.

Describe alternatives you've considered Can also get this from the application (see #502 )
