Demonstrate deployment of Burr UI on AWS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have the s3 server as well as a fairly complex set of terraform files, but we don't have a simple deploy on AWS tutorial.

Describe the solution you'd like A documentation page/example for how to deploy on AWS. We will link from the docs. Terraform would be nice too!

Ideally:

1. Inside a VPN
2. Parameterizable on the S3 bucket
3. Simple, single-tenant server (no need for horizontal scaling as we are not write-bound)
