Sample deployments of Burr applications on cloud providers (umbrella issue)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need examples of deploying burr on AWS/other cloud providers. We have a great one (https://github.com/DAGWorks-Inc/burr/tree/main/examples/deployment/aws/lambda), but should have more.
